Returns & Exchange
We truly hope you love what you ordered, but if something is not right, let us know. We allow you to exchange your order for another size. In the unlikely event that any merchandise you have ordered from us is not received in good condition, damaged or defective, or if merchandise delivered is different from what you ordered, you may return it. For the process of return, the product should be unused and in the same condition as you received it with its original packaging & the tags. The merchandise return is valid within 4 days from the date on which the goods were delivered.
We do not return or exchange any product bought on the ‘Season Sale'.
How does the return/exchange work?
We offer free reverse pick-up services. To initiate a reverse pick-up request kindly put a return or exchange request via e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org or WhatsApp us at 9667-099-099. Team Vastrr will arrange pickup from the given address. Though certain pin codes do not have pick-up facilities available, in that case, we request you to send the parcel to the address given below. Only in self-shipped cases, reimbursement up to 150/- will be given in form of vouchers after we receive the product.
In case of self-shipment, you need to provide us with the courier receipt through email or Whatsapp in case you wish to get the reimbursement.
Once the package is received and surpasses the checks, we initiate the refund which should reflect in your account within a week.
Note: Pack the item you wish to return in the original delivery package, please ensure that the product is unused and in the same condition as you received it in and all the tags of the product are in place.
